The hired applicant must be friendly, able to work well with the general public, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Applicant needs to be able to work well between departments.
This position is 24 hours Friday – Sunday with additional hours possible.
Duties include, but not limited to: receptionist, answering office phone, answering emails, filing, coordinate and manage corporate events during the weekends, manage a cash drawer.
Must have experience in MS Excel and MS Word. Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables experience is a plus.
Applicant must be able to pass a background check.
