Track Rental

Thank you for your interest in MSR Houston Track Rental. Depending on need, the entire facility or individual elements may be rented on a daily basis.

Exclusive use of the autocross/ skid pad, paddock, and meeting spaces may be included with rental of the 2.38 mile road course upon request.

When renting all or part of MSR Houston, we require that an ALS EMS truck be on premises during any driving activities plus $5MM in general liability coverage and $15K in AD&D. Renters that do not already have a policy that meets MSR Houston’s requirements may purchase a rider on MSR Houston’s policy.

In addition, MSR Houston’s normal operating schedule is 9 AM – 5 PM, seven days a week, excluding certain holidays. Use of the facility beyond normal operating hours is available and may result in additional fees.

Road course track rental rates PER DAY:

Weekday (M – Th), Full Day $5,700
Weekend (F – Su), Full Day $6,700
Weekday, Sessioned or Half Day $2,950
Weekend, Sessioned or Half Day $3,450

If needed, MSR Houston offers sessioned and half day rentals. With sessioned rentals, the renter has exclusive use of the track with one time certain 30 minute session every hour. The other half hour will be used at the discretion of MSR Houston. Half days of exclusive use are also available either 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Multiple race teams may share the cost of the rental without extra fees for more than one team.

Weekday (M – Th), Full Day $4,700
Weekend (F – Su), Full Day $5,700

Additionals:

Ambulance: $105 per hour (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) / $125 per hour (after 5 p.m.)
Fire/Rescue: $400 per day (two certified firefighters with extraction tools)
Wrecker: $400 per day (hook with boom or roll-back)
Corner Workers: $125 per worker per day
