Track Rental

MSR Houston offers two types of track rental: full track rental and sessioned track rental. Sessioned track rental is split with MSR Houston members, each group getting 30 minute sessions every hour. Customized packages and extended rental available as well.

Weekday Track Rental:

$5,700 (full track rental) + $765 (ambulance*) = $6,465
$2,950 (sessioned track rental) + $765 (ambulance*) = $3,715

Weekend Track Rental:

$6,700 (track rental) + $765 (ambulance*) = $7,465
$3,450 (sessioned track rental) + $765 (ambulance*) = $4,215

* - Ambulance base fee covers 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After 5 p.m., the rate is $95 per hour.

Additionals:

Insurance can be purchased through our carrier on a case by case basis.
Ambulance: $85 per hour (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) / $95 per hour (after 5 p.m.)
Fire/Rescue: $400 per day (two certified firefighters with extraction tools)
Wrecker: $400 per day (hook with boom or roll-back)
Corner Workers: $85 per worker per day
