James RogersonChief Driving Instructor
James has been a member and Chief Instructor for MSR Houston from almost the beginning. He has been appointed as Director but continues as Chief Instructor. James is also an active SCCA National Club Racer in multiple classes.
Wes CunninghamLead Instructor
Wes is an instructor (in both the classroom and on-track) at MSR Houston, where he has been a member since 2005. He has been competing in SCCA club racing events since 1989 in both open-wheel and closed-wheel classes. Wes is an active national competitor in Formula Atlantic.
David MartinezDriving Coach & Racing Instructor
After years of driving at the highest levels of motorsports, David is a successful team director, mentor, and coach to help groom young, up-and-coming talented drivers to reach the same levels, including Formula 1. Because David is currently working drivers in premier series all over the world, he is always aware of the latest driving techniques to help drivers excel.
Austin SnaderInstructor
He is an accomplished SCCA National Club Racer and currently competes in the Pirelli World Challenge Series in a TC Mazda MX-5. Austin is also a graduate of MSR Houston’s Competition License School.
Chad HallmarkInstructor
Chad started racing with Skip Barber and has since participated in SCCA, NASA, HSR and PCA events across the country. He uses his experience from tracks such as Laguna Seca and Sebring for both private and corporate instruction.
Ken HiebertInstructor
After spending 32 years in law enforcement, Sgt. Ken Hiebert retired from the Texas DPS to take up track driving and racing. Ken specialized in basic driving instruction for recruits and advanced driving instruction for veteran troopers.
James HarrenInstructor
James has spent almost 30 years training professional athletes, including Houston Ballet, and the Texans. In addition he has advanced degrees in sport psychology and motor learning and is enjoying transferring his training techniques to racers.
